Door too big and heavy

The door on this profile microwave is much wider and heavier than my last profile microwave, making it hard for me to use. I have to duck to not have the door hit me in the head

Sleek and Sweet Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was immediately drawn to this GE Profile microwave due to its design then looking into its features and on line reviews it was a no brainer for me to replace my 17 year old GE unit. That was still functioning perfectly and went to another home. Replaced due to kitchen remodel and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I replaced my prior microwave with this and I'm so disappointed. I don't like that you have to press really hard for the keys to work. I also don't like the window to view in is very small along with it being located to the extreme left of the opening. I replaced my GE Owen last year and experienced the same issue. I think its time to move my loyalty to a different brand!

Bad keypads!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third one of this model in 7 years. The key pad went out on first two and of course, just after the warranty period. I purchased the extended warranty this time and hoping the unit lasts longer than the first two.

Beautiful looks and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything went smooth except one of the nuts at the top of the oven was not threaded luckily I was able to pull the one off of my old GE microwave and replace it but I had to take the microwave top off which was a big inconvenience. Other than that so far it's a great buy

Very loud

This microwave was a current generation of the model I bought 5-6 years ago that just quit working. This new one is very similar, but it is VERY loud so I returned it to place of purchase. The newer version also has smaller capacity than previous model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good microwave. Large capacity. Easy install. Loud when cooking though. Humming sound gets annoying. Should be quieter for the price. Would maybe recommend. But not for that price.
