Trips breaker and dies

Lasts less then 3 years. Has alot of electrical problems. Trips house breaker, on dedicated 20 amp circuit. Eventually just died. Will not buy G.E. ever again.

Love the features of this product. First one I had lasted 2 years. I thought maybe it was just a lemon. Stubborn as I am, I purchased the same model and this one last exactly 2 years. So people expect it to last only 2 years.

Bought this September 12 to replace the same model. Now the clock is displaying the time in military time.I can't change the time to 12 hour display

This was a replacement for a 2.5 year old same model that had an untimely death. Needed to match all other Profile appliances and only use wave for warming and venting the range.
Since I never recommend anything to anyone, I can only say, buy what your needs demand.

We went all in and bought the Profile. I think the extra money for the Profile series was worth it. The extended warranty would have cost the difference to buy this series. I only hope it lasts more than 5 years, our last GE microwave only made it 5. We like the 4 speed fan with the charcoal filter. As far as the features, a microwave is a microwave, it's not like comparing a Lamborghini to a Ford Focus.
I would recommend this to a friend!
