Second GE Profile

This is my second GE Profile Microwave. Great product, very pleased. However, the holes on the top of the microwave use to attach to the above cabinet should be moved back a bit further, like the previous model I had. The holes, provided on the template are VERY close to the edge of the cabinet. Other than the numerous typographical errors contained in the installation instructions, I have no issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just had microwave installed yesterday. We have heated up a cup of coffee in it and have used the surface light. I love the different exhaust fan settings.

Just got it installed. Very powerful blower fan. Very spacious for large dishes. Easy maintenance. Lots of cool sensor functions. Door opening/closing can be tricky n takes getting used to. Love the bottom control panel. Two light settings. Very satisfied.

Looks great but too large

Very modern clean design, but this model is ~3/4" deeper AND taller, so it can really cut into the cooking space above the range. With the full width door (concealed handle) it is also more awkward to use. Ended up exchanging for the 9215.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice product but TERRIBLE installation instruction

WARNING for those who self-install. The bracket that comes with this oven is NOT the same as depicted in the instructions that are in the box nor on the template that GE provides. Therefore, the holes you must drill will NOT be in the right place for mounting. If you are replacing your GE OTR microwave with this one, it might be a totally different bracket on your old one vs this new one and if so, you will not be able to use it.
