Missing feature

Was exited about the purchase but disappointed about the very dim lighting inside the microwave when in operation. You can't hardly see the item cooking or spilling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Odd placement of door handle. Fan Loud.

We bought this particular model because of the high fan capacity. But even at low speed, it has so much mechanical noise associated with it that we may not use it as much as we would like to. The fan is very loud... not from air movement, but from the sound of the motor and gears that drive the fan blades. To open the door, you have to grab it on the right edge of the door, then pull it toward to you. You would think that this is not much worse than a normal handle, but usually you have a plate in your right hand, so you have to reach all the way across your body to get to the edge of the door, which is all the way on the right edge of the microwave. It looks sleek, but i's just incredibly awkward and not ergonomic when you have to open the door. I suggest trying that in the store and seeing if it's a deal-breaker. Very difficult to see food cooking between the dark interior and heavy screening on the door. Controls and cooking seem fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have only had a for a few months but no issues. Very sleek looking without the handle in front (makes it look much larger than other microwaves). Cooks quietly and exhaust is strong. Only minor feature is lots of steps to press cook time in manually rather than hit the quick cook buttons. All in all very nice microwave.
