I replaced an old single oven with this double oven model. Having two ovens is great and this one works well. It does take awhile to get to temperature but now that I am used to it, I plan accordingly. The convection settings really do provide a vast improvement over my old oven. The control panel is ok but I wish it had the ability to set two different timers. The panel takes just the right touch so that also took some practice. For some reason when I first got the oven it would shut off during cooking and I don't know why. This is no longer happening and has seemed to resolve itself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this about 6 months ago. We are very happy with the oven performance and features. We haven't used the cleaning feature on the oven yet so no idea how that works.

Received unit with control panel brackets broken (brackets were not broken by installers), temperatures fluctuate extensively (set temp 300-deg, measured 350-deg)-Check Your Temps After Install & Check Broiler! Finger prints show on panel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
