Easy to use, love the convection Oven & easy to Clean!! I am used to Gas ovens, so I was a little afraid, but I like these!!

Dissapointing

We had this new oven installed, when an old version of it broke down. I was expecting it to be better than what we had before, considering new technology and all, but was extremely dissapointed with it. Here are a few reasons for that:1) It does not have the automatic setting for 350F when I start the oven (which is the most frequent cooking setting for ovens, the old oven had this feature and I loved it), 2) It takes much longer to warm up, 3) The convection oven cooks unevenly, which defeats the purpose of even having the convection feature, 4) The timer on the oven does not work. I really don't like this oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This oven replaces one that had a fan that was very loud and ran all the time. I am very happy that this one is quiet! It preheats quickly and the steam clean feature is great. Bring on the holidays!

Beautiful oven

We just bought this new double oven and are enjoying every bit of it. It is quiet, interior shelves roll nicely, cooks great and looks perfect in our kitchen. It seems to take a little long to warm up, but cooks really quick on convection once it starts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ovens have performed well, but we have not yet tried the convention. It should come with more detailed instructions for its use and controls. There are two "Start" buttons, but for the timer only the left one applies. Also, the timer only supports hours and minutes entered in that order, which is reasonable, but different than our old oven. Also, the oven is shipped with oil residue (or something) and IMHO needs a cleaning cycle BEFORE first use or there will be smoke and a bad smell. The instructions only suggest this after you encounter the smell/smoke. However, by this time the oven is hot and will NOT go directly into a cleaning cycle. (We installed the oven late in the day before Thanksgiving, so this problem hurt our preparation flow time.)
