A pain to clean the top

I just bought my new home in September and had a option to choose color appliance. And i chose slate. When I moved in they had white.. (Wasnt my fault) and I had to pay to get white ones out and have my origional choice of slate applianes.. I miss my old coil stove top. I hate this stove. I have the cleaner and the razorblade that cleans it. But theirs still this rainbow like white hazy marks on it. Not sure why the burners come on and then turn off and then turn back on... non stop when I'm making my expresso.. oven is great.. but every house hold uses the stove top more.. atleast mine does.. and i really dislike it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
