I couldn't be any happier with this stove. The speed and simmer burners work great and I use the grill often. The stainless top is my favorite feature, wipes clean with ease!

I love the control I have on the temp

I love my sleek looking range. The only issue I have is with the temp controlls on the oven. It takes an unusual amount of pressure to turn the oven on and off and to change the temp with the push pad.
I would recommend this to a friend!

love, love, love this stove. its beautiful. haven't used it yet , but did test the burners. the are great, huge cooking surface will accommodate multiple large pots and pans.

Burner sizing

I bought this range because I like the center griddle. I overlooked the fact that both large burners are on the front and that the center griddle is made of cast iron and very hard to clean and almost useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As a specifier in my profession, of course I gravitated to the Profile. It's a high end free standing range at a reasonable price. Convenience of convection cooking, beautiful sleek lines and easy to use controls.

Grittle and optional grate

The surface of the supplied grittle is very disappointing, i.e. it comes with a mill finish. It is to course to be useful in cooking things like eggs, pancakes or any food stuff liquid enough to fill the craters of its unfinished surface. Very disappointing considering the outlay required to pay for it.
The optional grate which is offered to substitute the griddle when there is a need to use the center burner can only be described as inferrior. It is manufactured from a poor quality of casr iron. The first one I received was broken in several pirces and the second one arrived broken in an undamaged carton.
We like the basic stove but the featured grittle is just poor design and quality as is the third party optional grate.
Look closely if this unit is on your short list.
