Fabulous replacement

Bought this range to replace a first generation GE Profile that finally died. This range has all the features that I require plus the added utility of a convection. The first test was coling a 25 lb Turkey for Thanksgiving. This was done with the convection in approximately 4 hours! The only issue was that one of the stove top ignition plugs did not work and the Applicance Man needed to order a new one. Otherwise this a 5-Star review.

Nice but ...

I love gas ranges but this one has a draw back. I bought the same range about 6 yrs ago and it came with both a griddle and a rack for the middle of the stove top. This one only has a griddle which is a problem for me. Also the area where the oven controls is rippled. Looks damaged to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

An hour after installation, I baked a batch of biscuits. They came out perfectly golden on every single one! Needless to say, I was impressed. It's nice to know that the oven has no hot or cold spots. The btu's on the stove burners are more, so food cooks faster too. I like that it's made in USA, but disappointing that it is not owned by USA company.
