CONVECTION OVEN

I hate the control nobs, cant tell what setting temp settings , they are all black. The glass top is hard to clean, it feels very pours to me. Have glass top range in CO, never a need to use a razor blade, have used razor a number of times on this stove. When I dry it with a towel, it will catch lint from the towel, which tells me it is not smooth.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have owned this for less than a week, but so far impressed with the turbo boil since we cook poached eggs every morning. Baked chicken using the convection bake and had no issues to complain about. Would like to see how baked goods turn out but have not done so yet. Would have liked to have gotten a third rack for this oven/range which would really indicate how the convection works to bake multiple pans of cookies. (Would like to know where to purchase an extra rack). We do miss the light next to each burner knob that lets you know which burner has been used and is still hot. We had this on our other range. As others have mentioned the timer buzzer is very very faint. If you are in another room you would miss it. I'm sorry to give it only a good rating since I have not had it long enough to determine how the glass top holds up to daily use- or if there are any particular issues with the oven/range, or the bottom storage drawer over the months ahead. In fact, we would love to give an updated rating if possible.

Disappointed with this range/oven in several ways

I have owned and used this range for over 5 months. With the range hood/vent light on, the top looks scarred and awful no matter what I do. I have to only have the ceiling light on when company is here or it is embarrassing. The burners do not maintain a heat. They boil stuff on every setting except the bottom LOW burner setting. Requires constant monitoring of anything I am cooking stove top. The 'clean oven' setting causes the whole house to stink for hours while working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's pretty much as expected

In retrospect, I think I'd prefer to have purchased a model with the induction feature. It's both the energy savings and the cool top surface that are attractive, but having to replace all of ones cookware was the main detriment. Ceramic top stoves are pretty but hard to keep looking snazzy. I worry a bit about hard objects scratching it, and am pretty gentle with it. I would also like the positions of the knobs for the outer four burners reversed, so the left-most handle controls the left rear burner and the right most handle controls the right rear burner. It's not always very easy to set the clock, i.e. sometimes you can press both buttons for that and nothing happens, but I've always been able to get it to work eventually (after the occasional power outage). The oven light is nice. If the cooktop doesn't get cracked I expect this stove to last a long, long time and it's a nice step up from our ancient GE coil-top stove which it replaced.

Horrible top

I have never had a ceramic cooktop before and I hate it. I LOVE to cook but have found myself avoiding doing so because of how horrible it is to clean the cooktop. With my old stove, I could just wipe up the spills and be done with it. I certainly did not need special products. It's an absolute pain to use.

I bought the glass top 2 months ago and the glass is very hard to clean from the spills, Also the panel got yellow just because of the steam coming out of a pot with tomato sauce

Looks Great BUT Very Poor Quality

Purchased this range, not even 3 months old - cooked on it once and the glass-top is already blemished. Cooked with the correct cookware (hard anodized aluminum) and it left marks - not scratches. Not to mention the bottom drawer is weak and will not hold many plans. Feel this should have been built with quality parts for the price.
