Every time I use it the blade section will leak when I turn it upside down. I must tighten it as tight as I can. After blending, it is almost impossible to open unless both my wife and I work with both hands to open the lid.
Not happy with that.

I have owned one of these before and it leaked a lot but this one is perfect. I have had no issues with it. I am glad to have gotten a new one. It's a better design.

The plastic cup is already faded and looks terribly old. I clean it right away and use non harsh non toxic dish detergent on it and nothing that would scratch it so I cannot understand why it looks so old, faded and busted up.

I have been using the bullet blender for years and I decided to upgrade and get the larger one and I am happy with the purchase and like the extra engine power. It's refurbished and I have had no issues and enjoyed saving a few extra bucks that way.
