We bought this model to replace our original Bullet as it had gotten to the point where it was not working properly any more. Love the way this model crushes ice and nuts so easily! The only con I personally have with it is the size of the containers. I have small hands and find it hard to remove the lid and blade/chopper. I know this will not apply to all consumers, just my own personal dilemma.
