I bought this 3 weeks ago and use it each morning to make a meal replacement shake. It worked amazing at first and still does the job but for the last week the rubber washer inside of the blade (top) keeps coming out every time it is used. It's making it time consuming and inconvienent to fix each morning when it pops out either before or after making my shake.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Blender works wonders. I've had it for about a month now and so far so good. The only thing I noticed with this model compared to one I purchased a few years ago is that it didn't come with a lid to take your drinks to go. Would've been nice to add that to the collection but I think it's a way to get you to buy the other kits.

Does a nice job if ingredients are thawed or room temperature. It struggles with frozen fruit. As far as cleaning, the interior ribs get a build up of fruit/seeds, etc.
