I am having trouble with my nutribullet it some times get stuck when it grinds and it makes some kind of noise

I bought this to make smoothies and it works great and will chop up everything I put in it. Word of warning. Make sure the mixer top is on tight because it runs upside down. If it isn't tight you will have a mess.
