We have had this unit for over a month and really like it. It chops frozen fruit and ice cubes up very well. The biggest plus for me is the ease of cleaning. Just rinse off the blades and rinse out the cups under running water. I didn’t use blenders very often becuase they were such a pain to clean. I’ve had no problems with leaking into the base as noted in other reviews.
