Don't like that the motor went out 3 weeks after buying and using. I also wish it had at least one screw on lid to go. I exchanged for another. Hope it is better!!

Made a smoother, but getting the plastic cup into the grooves and twist to start was very hard. Second time, could not get it to engage at all. My husband an son also tried, but nothing happened.

I bought the nutriullet in june 2016, At this pricr I was expecting it to last long.!i am disappointed as it only have a 1year guaranteed and i am not able to repair..!not a reliable machine compare to ninja product!
