It works pretty good but I can't believe there is no on/off switch. You have to plug it in and unplug it to start/stop it. I have never owned an appliance without a switch.

The function of this product is very good. Creates a great smoothie. Does an exceptional job of extraction. However, the base with the blade component develops a strong "spoiled" odor. Difficult cleaning the base blade grommet.

Bought the bullet in December last year. Works well most of the time. There is an issue with the switches which are stuck in closed position. Buy pressing hard on them with a screwdriver they unblock but the situations reoccur even after lubrication. If someone knows how to remedy this situation please chime in
