up until right now, im doing frozen fruits-berries, banana, dehydrated peanut butter, greek yogurt, cinnamon, cocao, low cal vanilla almond milk, and after all blended i stir in chia seeds. yummy. i havent progressed to any veggies yet but will one of these days. meanwhile , i love it.
