I owned my first one for 6 years but replaced it. What happens with the new one is that half the time, the cup dislodges from the blade. I've wasted a lot of smoothies. I never once had this issue in the 6 years.

I wanted something that was quieter then my blender and that would blend smoother. I decided to go with the NUTRIBULLET. I get up at 4am and I make my smoothies about 6am and family said it is quieter then the blender. I love that I can put everything in the cup the night before and then just add frozen fruit. It has made my mornings so much easier. I love it.

I bought this product about 3 weeks ago, and have tried many combinations of foods and have not found one yet that I do not like. As long as you have enough liquid to mix, you can use water, juice, or almond or soy milk or regular milk. They all seem to get very good. I have used frozen fruit which makes it very cool in temperature, which I like. You can drink it or eat with a spoon. I am very pleased with this product. YOu can even put in some nuts, and I like adding cinnamon and powdered vanilla for a very good flavor enhancement.
