It does not blend ice. The worst part is the lid leaks into the unit,which caused the the unit to rust and now rust gets into my smoothie.

I received mutribullet 600w for Christmas and in january, it was broken!! The cup stock in the nutribullet.... impossible to remove!!!

Very Disappointed

I am very disappointed in my purchase. I had previously heard and read great things about this product, so I'm surprised at the lack of power in my NutriBullet. It cannot effectively blend frozen fruit or ice cubes and is very loud.

I had a nurtibillet for 4 years and it was amazing but finally it passed away. I ordered a new one and the gasket has been redisgined and it leaks everywhere with every use. I sent it back thinking it was just a lemon the replacement had the same issue. New design is flawed and I will be buying something else this product is no longer useful in its current design.

Powerful blades, but fragile cup notches

The nutribullet works really well, but the cups have easily breakable notches that are necessary by design to operate the nutribullet. So far, we have several cups with broken notches, so we cannot use the nutribullet base despite its powerful motor.

I received a replacement unit after 5 months of using the first one the motor burned up. I make a daily smoothie, today the new unit after 6 uses started smoking again. Not very impressed

I bought this two months ago and it's already not working... I want to use the warranty but I lost the invoice and Nutribullet was not helpful at all. Really cheap quality, the ninja is much better.
