Received as a gift. The bottom part broke now makes noise. The seal broke loose. Your part did come by way of mail. Not working as it was when new. Very disappointed.

We bought this about one month ago. Very disappointed that the seal doesn't stay in place . Sadly, my husband will be returning it today because we can't get the the cup separated from the blade.
