Bought another identical model for use at a vacatom home. First model I have used about three years without a flaw. There is a nice new added piece of a spin on soft lip to the container. The product does everything it is intended to do. Be sure to thoroughly rinse out the blade mechanism with a stream of hot water after each use

This is now my second unit. I had the first one for 2 years using it 3 times everyday!! I have been on a weight lost program and with the help of this Nutribullet, I have lost over 150 lbs. The first unit finally died after 2 years of using it everyday! It held up very well!! Worked great and always worked for me! I loved your product!! Thank you for making a great unit!

When it works it works good. Over the time the three tabs that engages cup, gets tight and takes lot of effort to push in. The plastic protection underneath the clutch breaks apart and jams the clutch and it won't rotate at all. At that point you have to throw the base away and buy new one.
