I threw out my last NutriBullet because there were black specs coming out of the bottom and the "engine" smelled like smoke! Got my new one, very smooth, good mixing, but if I let it go more than say 40 seconds, this is a light burning smell also coming from the unit. Why is this and is this normal?

I bought this nutri bullet to make my smoothies I buy from Daily Harvest. I've liked it a lot so far. I didn't need a big Ninja blender. This is easy to store, easy to clean. Fast to get out and put back away. Just what I wanted! And blends smoothies really well, including the flax seeds.

Great blender for the smoothest smoothie! I use this for my daily harvest orders and it blends up all of the fruits and veggies for the perfect smooth smoothie. I had been using a food processor and this is much better for the purpose of smoothies.

I got this as a gift for my birthday. I saw my girlfriend use it daily and it motivated me. I am using it daily in the morning and sharing it with my husband (spinach, blueberries, walnuts, flax seed, olive oil, aloe gel, water, almond milk, banana). It is great a filling. I was very skeptical with this product I do not know if I should just Breville Juicer but this product definitely delivered. Now, my son uses Nutribullet for breakfast. I put vegetables, fruits, yogurt, and ice and Nutribullet can handle it.
