Not happy with the type of customer service I received. .still waiting on my replacement blade. ..went from using my bullet everyday to waiting on a replacement blade look like they would have sent it over night..but that makes more sense....so disappointed! Still waiting! Machine no problem/customer service. ..horrible!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I brought from Kohl's about 6 months ago. Occasionally the power base was having issue as I was not able to push the jar down. Yesterday it completely stopped working. I pushed it to a point that i ended up kind of spraining my wrist. The little switches (one of them)on the base is completely jam. I can't push it down and due to that the machine won't function and jar will not get into the grove.

Nice product but I do not like the seals that have to be used on the food containers. You have to take them out and wash separately and to remove them you have to use a sharp pointed object, hopefully not damaging the rubber. They are messy

I had the Nutribullet for one month and the rubber seal broke. I called the company and they said they would mail a new one to me. It is now seven months later and they have not sent a new one. I will not buy this product again.

I received as a gift. It needs thorough cleaning after use, especially in light of the leaking gasket. Any of the leaks flowing into the unit have "frozen" the switches, so it doesn't work. And don't waste your time calling for replacement parts--they can't be bothered. It'd be a great appliance if it worked correctly.
