True story: I first logged in to review this product with a 3-star rating and said that I wouldn't recommend this product to a friend. Remarkably, when hit submit it wouldn't go through. I received an error message. LOL. Was that an honest error? Color me skeptical. My review is this- my nutribullet started coming apart within the first 30 days after buying it. Now I have to put it back together after almost every use. A rubber part in the base that requires great ambidexterity and patience to work back into place. Tonight I have had it! This is unacceptable. I have been putting this thing back together for months and I will not do it anymore. I don't typically write reviews unless I've received unexpectedly excellent service. If something sucks, I usually just move on. But no more. This was not a cheaply priced product and it is quite useful for my lifestyle and diet. But I have lost patience. I'm frustrated and at the end of my rope. This product will be going into the trash can if this company doesn't remedy the situation immediately.

It’s difficult to push down and turn as it is to release it when it has blended long enough. The other day it kept spinning even though it was pulled out and it smelled like it was burning.

I bought this Nutribullet and expected the same smoothies my mom created with her Nutribullet. I purchased and THE First day shut off , I just knew this was not happening and the second day tried it and it worked for three smoothies I made and that was the short life of my Nutribullet! I was very disappointed!
