The design is modular, meaning you only use as much container as you need. Traditional blenders suffer from having to use the whole half gallon container to make only 22 ounces, along with various detachable and flimsy parts you risk losing or breaking. With the Nutribullet, you also use the container to drink out of (or if you're like me, transfer the contents to an insulated container to enjoy for hours to come). If anything breaks, you only replace those things that broke. The blades comes as an end-cap assembly, which means it's easy to clean. The only downside of this end-cap assembly is bits of chopped up food tend to accumulate over a lip over time and gets gross if you don't notice it. Flushing under the sink doesn't take it off. It takes some elbow grease to get that gunk off. Overall though, the smart modular design means I use it often.

I purchased this unit two months ago, and I really am quite satisfied with it's performance. I have made about twenty different types of blasts and the powerful motor has worked as advertised. I would recommend this unit to anyone considering eating healthier.
