I love this. It works great. The only problem is when I go to unscrew the cup from the motor, the thin rubber gasket falls out - every time. After I wash and dry it I have to reassemble it. That’s okay but I’m not sure that’s supposed to happen. Other than that it’s great for making smoothies.

I have a Vita Mix, which I also love, but in order to make my smoothie each morning it was a hassle to lug it out of the pantry then put it back, because I didn't have room for it on my counter.
