Bought this for my 83 year old mom. Due to stomach surgery she has to puree all her food. This has worked quite well for her, she has been able to take canned items like soup, vegetables, etc & it pulverizes them perfectly. I did buy her a inexpensive rubber strap type wrench in case the unit was too hard to twist, she only needed to use that at first when the threads were new & tight.

Having minor problem with leaking - mostly my fault, need to get the blade on straight and tight. Not real easy, which is one reason why I started Nutri Bullet in the first place. Used to use it as a weight loss aid. Lots of blueberries no green drink.
