This is my 2nd Nurtibullet, I use it everyday to make breakfast smoothies and the first one I wore out after 6 years of daily use. I also have used it with the other blade to make breadcrumbs. And I have used it to chop up vegetables and to grind up meat to make fresh cat food for a sick cat, just like you would make your own baby food. I ordered another brand by mistake and took it right back. It was smaller and was not capable of making it through 6 years of daily use.

I put the cup on the machine and try to pressed down , nothing happened. I cannot find in the manual if what I am doing is correct. I tried again this time with more force, it works, however I cannot turn the cup to put it in automatic position.
