Cup wouldnt press down onto base so couldnt lock it on to blend. My friends love theirs so I'm getting another one and had no problems with the return.

I've only had the product for a month now, but I've used it nearly everyday and I've been happy with the results. I wish it was a bit more powerful, sometimes I need to stop, shake it up, and try again when it gets stuck. I also wish it didn't need so much liquid to work. It waters down the fruits and veggies a little bit too much. Anyway, I hope it holds up. It's easy to clean, simple to use, and does the trick.

I''m enjoying the shakes A LOT!!! It has plenty of power to use with nuts, ice, fruit, veggies, etc. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because it's a little tricky getting the slots of the cup and the base to line up just right sometimes. Can't seem to find any rhyme or reason to that issue.
