I love my NutriBullet. It's powerful, making the smoothy in seconds, and the various sized cups with lids make it easy to store your masterpiece for later consumption. And the surfaces are smooth and easy to clean up afterward. There is a special grinding cap that can be used for grinding nuts into a fine powder, to use as a supplement to the liquid drink.

This is my second one as the first died after 2 constant years of use every day and I think my daughter did something to it when she started using it. I noticed after about a month of using that all my aches and pains disappeared when I started using it in 2015. I think there are great health benefits to using it every morning or at least 5 days per week. Kind of noisy though and wish it had a shield.
