One of my NutriBullet unit doesn't work. I tried calling to get assistance and still have not had any success. I gave my other one away prior to mine braking.

This is the 2nd one I've bought in a 2 year period. Te first one just stopped working about 8 months in. The apparatus would not engage when placed on top. I bought my 2nd one about 6 months ago and so far so good. This time I bought an extended warranty. I hope I don't need it, but I'll see how that works if needed.

I've used NB for several months and LOVE the taste of my drinks. They are not always as smooth as I'd like but never undrinkable! I am now having a problem getting all 3 prongs down; one sticks despite hot water treatments. Help I miss my healthy way to beat diabetes, high cholesterol and dietary lapses.
