Gasket removal is not the best

the machine is easy to use, the only MAJOR problem is removing the gasket at the base of the motor where the food container sits . If not removed (cleaned and totally dried) after every use MOLD does start growing.
I looked at the list of accessory parts and did not see any Gaskets for sale????? I am going to call as this is very important!!!! there should be a tool included ,as I have been using a small sharp knife to remove and if not careful it will be cut

Two nutribullets

Nutrabullet 600 watt blender. I have 2 and they both started getting louder and I’ve felt more vibration in the cup. These blenders are used infrequently and both went in two months of each other. I’m buying a competitive brand now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Miss my old magic bullet...but the reviews for those made it seem they aren't made to last 20 yrs anymore, so i decided to try nutribullet. I hate how big the cup is, circumference for a giant and cheap handle rim is just an extra step of dumb. I wish i could easily return this and buy a cheap bullet instead. But then i might've been feeding landfill. So im stuck w this bulbous thing now. Bummin

What happened?

My first nutribullet lasted over 10 years of almost daily use, making smoothies. I really liked it and thought it was great. It got knocked over and cracked, so I bought an identical replacement. It lasted a month and just quit, period. Has its quality declined that much?
