I use my nutribullet every day and normally it works fine.
Three issues:
1) the extraction blades break and sometimes shatter the cups,
2) when someone orders extraction blades and cups they should be given an opportunity to purchase more than one, and
3) I am not sure my order went through. The website never indicated that my purchase went through, and kept asking me to purchase dietary supplements but a no thanks was not at the bottom of the page, and no confirmation was shown on the screen.

Rubber ring does not stay in very well and it easily falls into the cup and gets chopped up in the blender. Also, the base is not easily cleaned since there are holes leading into the motor components.
