Once I have made the smoothie, I often cannot turn the top to get it off the holder. It is too difficult to open to clean it. My top rusted and the rust got in my drink.

A friend of mine bought this for me because I thought it looked interesting. I never thought that it would change my life. I started running and generally exercising more after I received this as a gift. Now every morning this is my breakfast and I love it. I considered ranking the cleaning a 4 star but considered how hard it is to clean my juicer and decided this is a breeze compared to that. I really can't imagine my life without the nutribullet. I've had it for one year now.

I bought it about 6 month ago. Its a great idea, but the materials used for the seals are not up to the job. I got 2 canisters with the device. The seals on both fell apart. I got 2 new ones on the warranty. One failed immediately. I am still using the other one. I like the simplicity, the ease of washing the canisters, no sharp blade to injure myself on, like my previous blender. I hope you can fix the fragile seal problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
