The NB doesnt last long and the gaskets fall out and a real nuisance. Very hard to get them to stay in and sit properly. They Wrap around the blender head and I hate it now. Plus they don't sell replacement gaskets so you are forced to buy a new machine. This is my 2nd one but there will be No .3rd. It's a shame cause it is small on the counter and easy to use. Just not made well.

I have had trouble with these machine - 2 weeks into use. The rubber thingies in the blades and cover keep on falling off, it doesn't blend smoothly. I regret spending all that money on it. I should have just bought a cheap $20 blender.
