This was bought for me as a gift , I had wanted one for awhile after seeing it advertised. Do not like how it is advertised as a juicer , but then it makes your drink have a thick frothy feeling.. Not happy with it at all

I received my Nutri bullet as a Christmas present and I love it. My girlfriend has one and she lost so much weight. Her doctor told her her bones are in excellent condition and she's 60 years old. He told her whatever she is doing to continue. Her weight loss caught my attention so I told my husband that is what I want for Christmas. I love the taste. It is healthier than what I use to eat for breakfast and I'm losing weight. My husband loves it as much as I do. Every household needs one.

A Year Later ... IT STILL WORKS!

I've never taken the time to write a review, but the Bullet is worth it. My husband and I started a year ago, and it has changed our lives for the better in several ways. Weight loss, yes ... 6 pounds in the first week, which was not water weight. Within 4 months, I had lost 16 pounds, he had lost 21 pounds. (Neither of us had too much weight to lose.) We did nothing else except drink the bullet for breakfast and lunch. No exercise. For dinner, we have chicken or fish with a salad and vegetable. And on the weekends, or at any other time during the week if we go out, we eat what we want, in moderation. Desserts, pizza - we are not on a diet.
How did it help us? It simplified our lives at breakfast and lunch! No more wondering what to eat, counting calories, carbs. Getting heartburn from eating the same things too much, feeling bloated because of the bread every day.
Having the bullet introduced us to whey protein. Who knew that getting the right amount of protein in your body each day could make you more energetic and less hungry? We didn't. But it does.
I had chronic, actute constipation. Painful to say the least only being able to empty your bowels every 3 days. This absolutely CURED it. Stopped having to take laxatives and stool softeners completely! This in itself is enough to keep me on the bullet for the rest of my life.
So, convenience, ability to add whey to breakfast and lunch, the cure for constipation - and never mind, our mix of spinach, carrots, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, vanilla creme whey protein mix, frozen strawberries and frozen blueberries, as well as a teaspoon of the superboost is ALL IT TOOK to turn our lives around.
We have not gained any weight back, and it's been a year. We have told SO many people about this because IT WORKS. We know of at least 10 people who have bought a NutriBullet simply because they've seen what it's doing for us!
Know this: you will need to find your own 'niche' of what you like in your drink. I felt like a mad scientist for the first few times. I tried fresh fruit - delicious but too smooth and not cold enough. Could've added ice but didn't want to. That's why I mentioned (above) exactly what works for us. That combination is ice cold, thick, and DELICIOUS!!!!!
Also, you cannot compare a blender with this machine. The Bullet will pulverize what you put into it. AND it is SO easy to clean. Not like the juicers that leaves more waste than the extract it can produce. This matters to me. It's all part of the convenience.
I'll stop now. If you're considering the Bullet, do it. It works!
