After seeing many NutriBullet infomercials, my wife decided to purchase one a month ago. We are both struggling with closing the top and twisting it, so it can work. It looks so easy on TV, but, for some reason, it doesn't stay it the locked position, to work, and then we struggle to get it out. My wife likes to make smoothies, but it is to a point now, that we are looking for other brands that just work easy. I hope that the engineers read this, and make it easier to work. I am sorry, I wish I could write something positive about it, but I have to be honest.
