I love my nutribullet but after 1 month to start making a grinding noise I looked at it the motor base coupling was badly worned returned it to the store and got the new Nutri Ninja IQ 1000 watts so far so good.

We really like what the machine does, we use about once a day. We are now on our third one. None of them have lasted one year. Thank goodness Kohl's has been great about exchanging them. Next time I think I will try something different.

Love this, except the rubber gasket comes out almost every time I use it, and according to the book it should not come out, and also it is very hard to unscrew it after I get it all blended. The top it very hard to open. But I do feel it is a good product and it works very well at blending up anything I put in it.

it is difficult to not able to press down the cup so the system will start. it is necessary for me to physically hold down the cup in order to start system. gave my second one as a gift. of course now i'm sorry that i did that. disappointed in the workmanship. i don't use it everyday so it cannot be from ware and tear.
