I've been using my Bullet almost daily for 3 years. On just a few occasions I have needed to contact customer service, and each time my expectations have been exceeded. Reps are courteous, informed and empowered to satisfy customers. I could not be more pleased.

I got it as a gift When I opened it one of the Blade pieces was broken. Called and they shipped a new one out. Very helpful
