Either overfilled or ran more than one minute when I first got my nutribullet.their customer service replaced it for free. I am now very careful not to overfill or run too long.use it everyday. Only worry is how to keep blade sharp.

I bought the NutriBullet several months ago. I used to use a juice extractor. Pros about NutriBullet - I get fiber from my fruit and veg, not just the juice. It is so much easier to clean. I had give up on the juicer because the clean up was such a drag. This is a breeze. I use it almost every day, making a drink of kale, apple, ginger, hemp seed, bee pollen, chia seeds, and green tea for my breakfast or snack. Highly recommend!

When we received it, my husband and I were so excited. The first few weeks, we used it everyday. After, no joke, 3 weeks, we noticed that the blades seemed to have gotten dull. It's been frustrating to use it since, because it leaves big chunks more often than not. We follow the recommendations for not over filling and water, so I know we have been using it correctly.

I received this as a gift for my 33rd birthday and I think I will live forever because of it. I make a smoothie almost everyday for breakfast and it's just amazing how clean and energized I feel from all the nutrients. I dump spinach, kale, all kinds of fruits, chia seeds, flax seeds, and just plain water in and I feel amazing. The only thing I'm holding out on is the durability of the unit, hopefully it doesn't wear out from all the use I give it!

I bought this about 3 months ago and love having a smoothie that is good for me every morning. The only problem I've been having is getting the cup into the nutribullet itself. Seems like the pegs don't line up all the time. I have to really push the cup into the nutribullet to make it work.
