Customer Service and Extended Warranty

I purchased my NutriBullet December of 2013 and have been using it ever since. I also purchased the extended warranty. Finally after being used every day and sometimes twice a day it died. I called Customer Service and after a long wait was transferred to a product specialist who agreed to replace my NutriBullet. He listened to the problem I had and asked a few questions and agreed to replace it and waived the shipping cost. It was a flawless process. If I should have a problem next time I would email my request rather than call.

Top Notch Customer Service

We love our Nutri Bullet. We developed a crack in our large cup so I emailed customer service. They quickly replied with instructions to call the customer service department. Got a wonderful guy who went above and beyond by sending out a replacement cup free of charge. He said it was a Happy New Year gift. Couldn't ask for a better product or customer service experience!!!
