Have been using my bullet for protein shakes. Stopped working only after a few uses. Customer service was able to help me get it working again. It was an easy fix but would not have been able to figure this problem out on my own.

I brought this six months ago, and it has changed my diet and health for the better. I started to experience some issues, and I called customer service. They went through the operation of the machine, and gave me discounts to replace my worn out blade !
