I was very happy with my nutribullet until yesterday when I went to use it and the cup wouldn't go down to blend. Then I called the number, waited 20 minutes was then cut off. I only bought it in November of 20l4. I will try again today.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had another pece, the MAGIC BULLET that a friend of mine didnt know how to use it and broke it, burned, but NUTRI BULLET is a tougher better, larger piece of equipment, the best in my vegetarian kitchen, I love it every single day.

The two NutriBullets were gifts for my two grandsons. They are so happy with them, and challenge each other as to who can make the best drink. Continuously they come up with fantastic drinks.
