This is a great product. The kids ask for a smooth in the evenings for dessert instead of a sweet dessert and I managed to get a little vegetables and fruits down them and they think it's great.

I like the way it works but the down fall is the little plastic tabs on the bottles don't last and they break off then you have to buy another bottles for 19.98. Wasn't made to last.
