It's been over two months now that I've used my NutriBullet and am really pleased with the portability (take it to work for preparing my lunch - like it freshly made) and for its' reliability, haven't experienced any problems at all.

I was given this as a gift, and really liked it at first. But when it came to register the warranty, they wanted a receipt which I didn't have as it was a gift from a friend who didn't keep it. So now when it's acting up, I have no recourse. I have to actually hold down the canister for it to work, it won't push to lock and won't start unless I push down on it from the top and continuously do that until it's finished. I tried to write to them, but there's not any contact info, only faq's. I really liked it at first, but now it's not working properly and I've only had it 4 mos. It should last much longer than that. I'm disappointed.

We use our NutriBullet almost daily and have see the benefits by doing so. Remarkable and life transforming.
Even though we keep the base and components very clean, the tabs on our cups break. We've replaced the large one twice now. And the newest replacement is not the same as the old one. The tabs are smaller and can slip underneath the white depress tabs on the base. Be careful. You can get it out without ruining the cup or base, but you need to be patient.

I bought this about two years ago....I use it twice a day and love it. It is easy, efficient, the blend and go containers make it simple to mix and take along. Thank you for such a great product. Just don't over-fill and it wont leak when blending!
