I had to return it because it was completely unoperable. I was unable to use it not even for a moment. (Same day return). I purchased one in Romania and I was satisfied with it. This time the experiencia was completely the opposite. I am sorry to say that...my answers to this survey are based on the previous experience with the product; which was excelente.

I loved my smoothies. I loved the red color on my counter. After 1 yr the motor stopped working. At this price point I expect better quality.

I bought this just a few weeks ago, to replace the exact same blender that had served our family in our smoothie-making for about 6 years and finally quit. This one has a poor record with us so far. About every 5th day or so, it just doesn't work. Doesn't matter what outlet I try, it will just not start. Then, suddenly and unexpectedly, it will begin working again!

It smells like it's burning. I already had to replace it after having it for only 2 weeks. It completely stopped working. If it happens again in less than 6 months, I will invest in a different brand.
