I actually bought 2 Nutri Bullet machines as part of a 2-pack special plus S&H. We used the first one for almost 6 months (not as often though) so satisfied as long as it lasted. Suddendly it died last week. The motor died so doesn't work anymore. Not to pleased to say the least since it only lasted very briefly. We just pulled the second machine out of the box so will see if this one would last longer than the first one or may run into the same issue as well. Not too happy unfortunately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this after wanting to drink healthy smoothies, and I saw the infomercial. It looked like just what I needed that would be perfect to make my smoothies. And, it is! I use it nearly every day, and it performs exactly like they say on the infomercial. It is one of the best products I've every bought!

I've had the NutriBullet for about 2 months and it does exactly what it said it could do. I made shakes and drinks without any issues. Clean up wasn't bad. You can't submerge the blades in the water, so you have to rinse and clean. Easy to put together and looks great. I wish they would have told me it came in RED, because I would have preferred it. Overall happy with my NutriBullet

Bought for my wife for Christmas. It is one seriously impressive super blender. This thing will chop, pulverize, liquefy just about anything. The only reason that I didn't go 5 stars was because after about a month, the blending cup started getting jammed and would not function properly. I did call customer service and they told me how to fix the issue and it seems to be working fine since.
