My second Nutra-Bullet -- but this one leaks quite often no matter how tight I make the top. Did have this trouble with my first nutra-bullet (which burned out..) and don't have the trouble when I use the large cup from the old nutra-bullet.

I bought the nutri bullet in the summer, so its probably 6 months old. I had some difficulty with it about a month ago and called technical support. They were not helpful and told me they couldn't help me replace anything with out a receipt. Thankfully my husband is handy, he was able to fix that it had become so loud I couldn't blend with my little children in the same room, and there were chunks in my drink. It is alsl extremally hard to get the blade off the cip when your done blending. I use it everyday, but wouldn't buy it again. I love the concept, but not the product.
