I bought this unit 13 months ago and it does not work anymore. The blade does not spin despite pressing the cup hard. And I used this for making basic smoothie. I called the customer service number and they would not help because it is 1 month over warranty. Very rude and poor customer service. Will never buy this unit again.

I an very happy with my decision to buy my Bullet! As others have said, just don't over load it and a couple 10 second burst will do the trick. I am in great shape and take care, but I feel really feel the healthy difference in my body. Enjoy with confidence!!!
